DESCRIPTION :

The Ministry of Public Health is preparing to vaccinate against COVID -19 to Thai people according to the three-phases plan. Phase 1 from February to April 2021 will be injected to medical personnel and public health outposts, both public and private sectors. People at risk and staff who have the opportunity to contact the patient. The vaccine will be targeted to start vaccination on February 14, 2021. In phase 2 from May to December 2021, when more vaccines can be obtained, the vaccination areas and target groups will be expanded from the 1st phrase to cover all in the country. The 3rd Phase starts from January 2022 onward, there will be enough vaccines to distribute to the entire population in order to create herd immunity and restore the country back to normal situation. In addition, Line Official Account called “Mor Prom” has been created and opened for registration since 12 January 2021. It is the support system for vaccination which will facilitate people and vaccine registration service units. These will include vaccine recipients registration, follow up side effects, vaccination assessment and additional communication channel with people. All recipients will be followed up their side effects on 1, 7, 30 and 60 days after vaccination.
